Culinary arts have always been a passion for Chef Jared, from his roots in Colorado to a move to Jackson Hole in 1999 to fuel his appetite for outdoor adventure. At Slopeside Grill in Steamboat Springs, Jared learned the precise art of cooking pizzas in wood fired ovens. That unique skill paid off when the owners of the Old Yellowstone Garage in Jackson Hole, Wyoming took him under their wings. Over the next 6 years, Jared grew into the position of "Pizzaiolo."

When the owners of the Old Yellowstone Garage moved on to the next chapter of their lives, Jared decided to pursue his long time interest in Asian cuisine. His good friend, Jason King, taught Jared the art of sushi, from the ground up. Of course, the next thing to follow was an "East meets West" palate, well-nurtured working with top chefs and restaurants in Jackson Hole—including Koshu, Blue Kitchen, and King Sushi—culminating with Jared becoming an Executive Chef himself. After 20 years in Wyoming, the next chapter for Jared has brought him full circle back to Colorado.

Chef Jared offers an eclectic mix of cuisine with an "East meets West" palate.  Chef Jared will discuss menu ideas and ingredients to suit your wants, needs, and dietary diversity.
